Ben is the founder and principal director of Bluehaus and had established Bluehaus in 2003 in the Middle East as the design consultancy sector was maturing and emerging during the early 2000’s, before the merging of TP Bennett and Bluehaus in 2025. Ben is passionate about building and nurturing strong and robust team culture within and across the business, continuous learning and the delivery of a seamless client and partner experience. Ben believes in well-considered, robust design and the importance of coordination on projects. He has a fundamental belief that the difference between a good project, and a great project is communication and coordination, and this mindset had led much of the strategic decision making of Bluehaus as it has grown and evolved.

Born in Tehran and raised in Singapore before completing his education and the early part of his career in the United Kingdom, Ben secured a position in the Middle East in 1998 and has over the past 3 decades successfully delivered numerous projects across the GCC and wider Middle East.
