Bluehaus Group was commissioned to re-design the landmark Dubai Chamber of Commerce building. The Client’s brief required Bluehaus Group to challenge the Chamber’s traditional administrative methods and to introduce more collaborative and efficient way of working.

The project scope included a comprehensive pre-design workplace strategy process to identify both the opportunities and challenges, as well as support for post-design change management due to the dramatic transformations of the Chamber’s workplace. The end result has far exceeded expectations. Dubai Chamber has won the ‘Dubai Government Excellence Award, ‘Best Employee Satisfaction’ for four consecutive years and was awarded ‘Sustainable Project of the Year’ at the Commercial Interior Magazine Awards, and LEED platinum in 2013.
