Bluehaus Group was commissioned for design of the benchmark Dubai Bone and Joint Centre on level 50 of The Emirates Towers in 2005.

The project was the first of its kind to deliver a higher level of medical care than was available in the market. The project included the integration of X-Ray, MRI scanners and treatment rooms onto Level 50 of The Emirates Towers.
