It took us 5 years….and we achieved our goal!

We started in 2016 and it took us 5 years but Bluehaus Group has achieved our Gallup engagement goal of above the ‘Grand Mean Percentile Rank’ of 80′! – According to gallup www.gallup.com and our 2020 Gallup engagement survey results Bluehaus Group have scored ‘Engaged Employees 52%’, almost 4 times the regions average and a ‘Grand Mean Percentile Rank’ of 80′ – (Which is ‘The Best in the World’).
