Bluehaus Group was appointed by Omniyat as client representative to provide coordination support of all consultant drawings and packages for the Zaha Hadid Opus building in Business Bay, Dubai. The project included mixed use elements inclusive of the Melia hotel, food and beverage outlets, services apartments, retail, corporate workplace and public realm.
