The brief for the new Dubai Airports head-quarters was to re-think and challenge the way Dubai Airports works and to introduce a more collaborative, innovative and efficient way of working.

The workplace accommodated 251. The new workplace is designed to accommodate 450 within the same demise in a more vibrant, exciting, open and welcoming environment whilst also considering agility and flexibility for ‘Day 2’ scenarios and the future proofing of the workplace when change comes.

The scope for this project included pre-design workplace strategy and post-design change management support due to the dramatic re-thinking of the Dubai Airports workplace.
