Daman appointed Bluehaus Group as design and design management consultants in 2013. Ergonomics and well-being are a priority due to the nature of Daman coming from a health-care background and the priority it places on its people.

Special consideration was given to ergonomics including sit-stand desks, natural and recycled materials and energy saving lighting design to deliver a truly healthy workplace.
