Whilst ensuring that function and collaboration areas take priority within this workplace the concept and design direction for British American Tobacco offices is based on the transition of the tobacco leaf from fresh green to various shades of terracotta brown.

The palette of materials includes natural wood finishes and a living wall within the main reception, common areas, and breakout areas. The backdrop to the reception area is based on the concept of ‘layers’ with a fully glazed back-wall to the wooden terrace deck breakout space. This leads to impressive panoramic views to Emirates Golf Club and the Jumeirah Islands.
